Joe Norton owner & founder of Performance Marine Watersports. Joe has always loved being aorund boats and watersports.  Joe has been involved in the Watersports and boat dealership since 1995.   Leaving college to pursue a career in wakeboarding & selling inboard ski boats back in the mid 90's. 

This lead to meeting his wife Joanie Norton in 1997 both passionate about wakeboarding and boating.  Joe & Joanie got married 8/8/98, shortly after that they ended up opening the first real watersports and boat dealership here at Lake of the Ozarks.   

For over 28yrs plus Joe has been providing Lake of the Ozarks with watersports gear and inboard ski boats over the years our dealership has evolvled over the years. We are able to offer the best brands in the industry from MasterCraft, Supra, & Moomba. Our dealership is now a top destination to shop for an inboard boat offering all levels of quality and price ranges, and now we are a top dealer for all these brands for sales & service.  Joe's Son's Grant & Gabriel also work in the dealership so this makes for the best customer service experince in the business.

Jack Esther aka BOSS OF GLOSS, Jack is also related to Norton Family,  Jack started with our team in winter of  2022.  Jack likes to make all the new Mastercraft, Supra & Moomba boats POP & BLING.   Jack is our ceramic coat master expert and he also helps in our service department on a daily basis doing a wide veriety of tasks .   

Jack enjoys taking care of customers and making sure everything in the dealership is in place and looking good.  Jack is always down  to complete the task each day and get our customers taken care of.

Sawyer is very passionate about boats and loves working on them.  He also enjoys spending time with his family & friends.  When Sawyer attended Osage HS & also was enrolled at the LCTC where he took 2 years of marine mechanics classes.

Sawyer is excited to be able to continue to learn about the marine industry by working on Mastercraft  Supra & Moomba Boats and continuing his education and hands on experince with the Performance Marine Watersports team.   

Kirby’s School of Wake began in 2008 after Pro Wakeboarder, Kirby Liesmann’s first offseason. Kirby began wakeboarding at the age of seven, began competing at age 14, rode Jr. Pro in 2006, and has been riding in the Pro division since 2010. His passion for teaching is rooted in his past experience at the “school of hard knocks”. In Kirby’s early wakeboard years, he was uncoached and fearlessly pursuing new tricks on his own. This resulted in trying tricks he was fundamentally unprepared to learn and he ended up taking many hard falls. “There were a few falls that could have led me to quitting,” he stated. Because of this, Kirby has grown a passion for helping riders at all levels progress in a fundamentally correct and safe manner.
