Joe Norton founded Performance Marine Watersports over 30 years ago, turning his passion for watersports into a family business. As a former professional wakeboarder, Joe wanted to help others experience the same excitement and connection to the water that shaped his own life. Today, he works alongside his sons, building on a reputation for personal service, lasting relationships, and taking care of customers long after the sale. For Joe, seeing his family share that passion is one of the most rewarding parts of the business he built.

Today, he leads marketing and sales, helping customers find the right boat while sharing the story of the family business. From creating content to walking customers through their next boat, Grant brings a personal approach to everything he does. Working alongside his dad and brother, he’s proud to help carry the business into its next chapter while keeping customer relationships at its core.

Gabriel Norton grew up around Performance Marine Watersports, sharing his family’s passion for boats and life on the water. As head of service, he takes a hands-on approach to diagnosing problems and finding the root cause of issues so they can be fixed correctly. Working alongside his dad Joe and brother Grant, Gabriel helps carry forward the commitment to service that has defined the family business for over 30 years. He takes pride in keeping customers’ boats running their best so they can spend more time enjoying the lake.
